All founding partners are offered equity in a new entity which will be created after achieving financial objectives.

Initial funding will be provided by Vocay to pay for up front costs and salaries to provide the initial platform. Subsequent growth will be achieved organically from profitability so it’s important that you back yourself.

We’ll set up the website, recommend you the best database software to use and other tools.
Avoid the initial investment it would usually take to start a business by leveraging our existing infrastructure including our recruitment license, entity, offices, middle and back office setup. This will avoid you incurring costs of over SGD $150,000 over the first couple of months.

We’re primarily interesting in speaking to recruiters who have an established track record of exceptional billing in a niche market. These individuals must also have experience hiring, training and mentoring new consultants with a proven track record of success.
