As a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Vocay, Roger brings to the table over 30 years of recruitment experience having started, scaled and exited multiple recruitment businesses.
Roger commenced his recruitment career in 1995 where he founded a business called Robertson Smart which eventually morphed into today’s Charterhouse Partnership.
As CEO of Charterhouse, he instigated and led the opening of 5 international offices, identified, appointed and managed country MDs in all locations. Charterhouse is a business that now employees over 150 staff members globally.
Roger’s focus in recent years has been on senior level executive search assignments, as well as advisory work for Vocay and recruitment businesses he has an invested interest in.
