As we navigate the third wave of COVID-19 in Hong Kong, Pinnacle Lead, a recruitment consultancy specialising in Information Technology, announce they have raised significant investment from private individuals.
The round of funding was jointly led by Paul Chan, a well-known Information Technology headhunter and former Spencer Ogden Associate Director, who has been appointed as Managing Partner of the firm.
Joining Paul is Jonathan Hung, a former colleague of Paul’s and a headhunter who entered the Data Analytics recruitment space in Hong Kong in its infancy. Co-Founders Ryan Yiu and MC Chan will transition to Talent Director roles.
Paul comments on the announcement: “I am hugely excited for the future of Pinnacle Lead. Having already established themselves as a major player in the Innovation Technology landscape, a sector that is vastly evolving and becoming ever more critical to the business ecosystem, I aim to utilize my experience to support the company’s growth. I’m looking forward to taking a step further from a traditional recruitment partner and becoming part of the Innovation ecosystem by carving a reputation as the sector’s advisor for all talent-related matters.”
Ryan Yiu, Co- Founder and Talent Director of Pinnacle Lead says: “the past two years have been an exciting journey and one that everyone at Pinnacle Lead should be proud of. When Paul and his investor came in, it was a no brainer for us; the reputation of Paul within the Innovation sector along with the investment presented will only expedite our goal of becoming leaders in innovation talent advisory.”
Pinnacle Lead have also announced the introduction of their advisory board, Ir. Andrew Young, Patrick Kirby and Bryan Wu, a team of industry experts supporting the strategic direction of the firm.
