Vocay is headquartered in Singapore with regional coverage across Asia Pacific. We’re working towards opening up multiple offices in key tech hubs to we can support our clients in multiple locations.

Whether you prefer working in a private office, an open co-working space or from home, we offer all options from our WeWork office at 9 Battery Road.
We create content with our clients to create value for our candidates, increase our brand awareness and generate leads.
We know everyone has different ways of working and priorities outside of work. Whether you have a family, or you just prefer starting later and ending later, consultants who are on target, can start between 8 – 10am and finish between 5 – 7pm.
At the end of a long week, we knock off at 4pm – for everyone!
We are setup on the cloud so on target consultants can work from home. If you’re on target and you want to work from Bali for a month, we can make that happen as well!
In addition to annual leave of 20 – 25 days, consultants can take their birthday off to celebrate! We also do half days for some public holidays.
All employees will be covered under a top tier international medical insurance scheme that will be shared throughout the interview process.
All consultants will be allocated a LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services seat.
Experienced hires can opt for research support once establishing their desk if they would prefer to operate that structure.
We have an exceptional market team that work closely with our consultants to help build their personal recruitment brand. In addition, we have a team that produces content for the technology market to attract candidates/clients. Our leadership team also write informative content for recruiters to support internal recruitment efforts.
We know first-hand how difficult it is to attract recruiters whilst developing your desk. It’s a full-time job if you’re not cutting corners. That’s why we offer full internal hiring support so as a manager, you can focus on your desk and grow it faster with great recruiters.
All consultants will be allocated a MacBook Pro which can be used for company and personal use during your tenure with the company. External monitors are also available in our private office if you prefer to work with 2 screens!
Whilst we operate a flexible hybrid model, we arrange social events with the team every couple of weeks to encourage a strong team culture. Whether it’s a consultant’s birthday, after work drinks on a Friday, catch up lunch with the team or celebrating a great quarter, we all get together!
We operate a flat, autonomous, macromanaged and collaborative team working structure. All consultants are given our full backing, trust and support from day 1.
Whilst recruitment is a sales-driven role with a lucrative commission structure, we believe that it’s important to have a good base salary to ensure you are remunerated competitively during a challenging quarter.
Our commission scheme threshold is lower than the market average and our highest tier of 50% is higher than the market average.
At Vocay, we have a long-term outlook and we want our consultants to be rewarded for exceptional performance. In addition to the commission scheme, consultants can earn an annual profit share bonus from their desk.
